Thank you for booking with us! Should you have any questions, please respond to this email or call/text us at (512) 814-7439.
Please take time to read the reminders for this reservation.
We do not have lockers. Please bring as little as possible. All you really need is your bathing suits, sunscreen and your drinks (You may bring cans to the river but absolutely no glass or styrofoam). If your group chooses to leave items in the vehicle, please place those items in a bag. Please have your group consolidate those items in one large bag. It lessens the chance of things being forgotten and or left behind. We are not responsible for any items that are left behind, lost or stolen.
We understand that people tend to lose track of time when they are having fun, but please be mindful about how much time you spend on the river so that you may avoid incurring any extra charges for overages. The average float will take about 3 to 3.5 hours. In the event that you completely disregard exiting in a timely manner, the driver/vehicle may leave back to Austin without you, in which case you will be responsible for securing your own transportation for the return. If the vehicle is on standby waiting for you, you will be charged hourly for the vehicle/driver past 6 hours. The 6 hours starts at the time you are picked up. Van $114 hourly, Buses start at $180 hourly.
