How long is the trip?

The total experience is typically 5.5 hours for private groups and 6 hours for the public option, including transportation.
The actual float time averages 3 to 3.5 hours.

What should I bring?

Keep it simple — we recommend:

• Swimsuit

• Sunscreen

• Drinks & snacks (cans only)

• Towel

• Water shoes or secure sandals

We do not provide lockers, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Can I bring alcohol?

Yes! Alcohol is allowed in cans only.
No glass and no Styrofoam are allowed anywhere on the river.

Can I bring food or snacks?

Yes, light snacks and drinks are allowed. Pack smart and avoid litter.

Are speakers or music allowed?

Small speakers are fine as long as the volume is reasonable and respectful of other groups and local residents.

Are children allowed?

Yes, but they must be supervised by an adult. If minors are attending, we recommend life jackets.

Is transportation included?

Yes, round-trip transportation is included for both private and public trips.

WEATHER, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

What happens if it rains?

Trips continue rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. If a trip is canceled by us due to weather, you will be notified.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Please contact us directly for cancellation or rescheduling policies.

Should I drive or take an Uber?

We recommend Uber due to limited parking.
If you drive, plan ahead and allow extra time—paid parking is available nearby.

What happens if I’m late or miss the bus?

For public trips, the bus may leave without you if you do not exit the river on time. Guests will be responsible for arranging their own transportation back.

For private trips, overtime charges may apply if the vehicle/driver must wait beyond the included time.

TIMING & SCHEDULE

How do I know when to get out of the river?

Please keep track of your time. The average float is 3 to 3.5 hours.
You must exit on time to avoid delays or charges.

PUBLIC TRIP SCHEDULE

• 11:00 AM pickup: Out by 3:45 PM | Back in Austin by 5:00 PM

• 11:45 AM pickup: Out by 4:30 PM | Back in Austin by 5:45 PM

• 12:30 PM pickup: Out by 5:15 PM | Back in Austin by 6:30 PM

PRIVATE TRIP SCHEDULE

• 10:00 AM pickup: Out by 2:30 PM | Back in Austin by 3:30 PM

• 12:30 PM pickup: Out by 5:00 PM | Back in Austin by 6:00 PM

Private Trip Overtime Charges

If your group exceeds the included 6-hour window:

• Vans: $114/hr

• Buses: Start at $180/hr

COOLERS, RENTALS & ADD-ONS (PUBLIC TRIPS)

Are cooler setups included?

No. Cooler setups must be reserved at least 24 hours before your trip.

Available rental items:

• Cooler setup (cooler + ice + tube): $28

• Cooler tube (for personal cooler): $15

Same-day rental requests cannot be accommodated.

RIVER RULES & SAFETY

1. No glass. No Styrofoam.

2. No littering.

3. Use the trash bags we provide.

4. Respect private property and residents along the river.

5. Only exit at the designated exit point unless it’s an emergency.

6. Private property lines are marked by purple paint — entering is trespassing and may be a felony.

7. Drink responsibly. Sun + alcohol + water requires caution.

8. Stay hydrated.

LOST ITEMS & STORAGE

We do not provide lockers. Bring only essentials.
If you leave items in vehicles, keep them together in one bag.
We are not responsible for anything lost, damaged, or left behind.
